This document contains the terms, conditions and restrictions of the promos and discounts promoted by Be Happy for the upcoming months of september, october and november of 2023 valid for the brochure of properties managed by Be Happy until this date. These conditions will be understood as accepted with the reservation done within the process of the PROMO or the CONTRACT signed.

BE RIGHT BACK CONTEST | 2023-2024

This contest will take place for a private data base from Be Happy of old guests by an mobile ad (whatsapp, imessage, text message) in which the contestants should fill out the form sent in the ad's copy.(https://apps.clientify.net/formbuilderembed/simpleembed/#/success/twostepformpopup/161444/16103)

The contest will start on dec 10th and will end on dec 27th 2023.

A winner will be chosen randomly, using an online app. The winner will be notified via social media (@behappy_fl) through its stories and email.

The price is two nights for two people in one of our properties in Orlando, FL.

Air plane ticket, transportation, taxes, hotel insurance and cleaning fee are NOT included.
Prices/benefits/discounts can be redeemed until December 2025. If there was evidence that any of the participants doesn't meet with the requirements in the bases, or the information provided is not valid, the participant won't considered for the contest and will be automatically excluded.

The following people won't be considered for the contest: (i) Underage (under 21 years old) (ii) Workers directly or indirectly working for Be Happy Florida (iii) Any person that participated directly or indirectly working with this contest (agency, supplier, etc.). The benefit/discount won't be able to be transferred nor susceptible to changes, alterations, compensations by request of the contestants, it can't be exchanged for any other product or money. Be Happy reserves its right, if it concurs in any just cause and previous communication en a legal way, to make ant change, suspension or extension of the contest. If any tax is generated for the winner by cause of the contest, the winner agrees the acceptance and to be the payer of it, as any other charge that could be generated by the win.
